BREED NOTES FOR CIRNECO DELL'ETNA

At Perth open show Alan Leech ably handled Cathy Allan's Anharbn BlueBayou among Allanbru to win Best import register. Many congratulations To Cathy and Alan and of course Nutmeg.

At City of Birmingham, Best Import was Hadranensis Remo and Reserve best dog was won by Jen & Burt Bayliss' Anharbn's Pink Panther at his first show. Res BB was Jen's Anharbn White Satin. Pink Panther was also Best Puppy. Well done.

Jen said how impressed she was with both her puppies character and that of his brother Lee & Susan's boy Sonny, A. In The Pink. I'm sure these boys are going to be challenging each other on many occasions for the top spot. Thank you guys for campaigning this wonderful breed.

My new import has arrived from USA and I have to say I am well impressed with him. I think he will be a fabulous addition to the breeding programme. Although he has come over from USA he is all Italian breeding and was first purchased as a puppy by Jennifer Holzke at Sambuca kennel, Tennessee. After producing some really lovely puppies for Jen he has arrived here in cold wet wales (sorry son) to add to our own genepool. Hopefully it won't be very long until we see his progeny here.

Plans are also in place now to collect Simo from Finland who is coming to live with Greg and Jackie.

Annikki Peltola emailed today to give more great news. In Finland's 2010 top Cirneco competition so far, Finnish Winner & JuniorWinner -09, Nordic JuniorWinner -09
Anharbn Yellow River, Jokinen, is leading and her very own bred bitch Rauha is second and best female. Rauha is otherwise known as Nordic JuniorWinner -09 Vespinjas Europa. Rauha is by Daveru D'leah from Kimblewick Judith. Judith is currently awaiting her litter from Jokinen which is expected shortly and hopefully a puppy will be joining us here at Anharbn next year.
